Winner Partnership is a CPA Practice located in the central financial hub of Sydney. Our practice was founded in 1995 by high profile accountant Susan Wahhab.

Since inception,  our practice has been steadily growing organically through word of mouth and providing more value added services like financial planning and business advisory. However, we have decided to grow the practice exponentially in the next two years. We want high achievers and motivated accountants who will see something unique and different for themselves and join us on a path of personal and professional growth. Our vision is to help everyone who comes into contact with us (employees and clients) to realise their full potential. We help our clients (mainly small business) realise their potential through our unique accounting and tax planning service. We help our clients win, and we achieve that through business seminars and monthly coaching workshops as well as one on one business advisory meetings for clients who want more hands on and TLC!    

We are looking for a Permanent Full Time Accountant with a minimum 4+ years solid public practice experience in preparing accounts and tax returns for small/ medium sized businesses and self managed super funds, preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts and valuing businesses.  

We want an accountant who wants to be more than a bean counter, who can show that he/she has potential to be a trusted advisor and a manager and take on a more leadership role as the practice grows. The right candidate will also be given management responsibilities in terms of managing work flow, job costing, working within budgeted hours, researching any particular issues that may arise and coming up with solutions for the clients.

The right candidate will be trained in managing people, jobs and the practice as we grow. We also provide monthly and end of financial year professional development training to ensure that our people are up to date with changes and developments.

Preference is for a CA/CPA although strong experience backed by other academic qualifications is also acceptable. Knowledge and experience of MYOB is essential and Sage HandiSoft and Banklink preferred.
