Our main role is to ensure the whole Tribe including, staff, clients, suppliers, everybody is aligned and living our shared values and vision. We are ultimately responsible for everything that happens within the Tribe. We expect all members to also take responsibility and fulfill on their duties with discipline. We also expect all to openly and honestly communicate their expectations and set the rules from the start, building relationships based on trust and respect. We welcome any feedback, comments, questions or points of clarification. We also see it as our duty to hold the Tribe accountable for our promises. Together we will make this work.

Susan Wahhab
Susan Wahhab is responsible for the accounting, tax and financial planning services. She established the practice in 1995. She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Masters in Commerce (Accounting) and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). She is a qualified CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant) and a member of the National Tax & Accountants Association (NTAA) the peak bodies in accounting and taxation. Susan is also an authorized financial adviser through Count Wealth Accountants (Australian Financial Services License 227232), Australia's largest independently owned investment advice network.

Susan is a leading financial strategist with an uncanny ability to create lateral solutions to complex tax problems. She applies this same thinking to other financial problems making her an exceptional adviser. Susan does an extensive amount of professional development to remain current with changing developments. She is a member of Thought Leaders (founded by Matt Church) - a community of Australian thought leaders committed to inspire thinking and facilitate conversations that shift thinking on the planet. The most distinguishing characteristic of Susan would have to be her deeply caring nature and uncompromising ethical standards. Professionally she is particularly committed to empowering business women to succeed.

Susan is a passionate peace activist having been born in the most fought over city in the world, Jerusalem. Her family can trace back their Christian heritage almost 2000 years. She has an amazing knowledge of world history and loves reading the philosophy of great thinkers. Susan loves her family and is a great mum. She is a fantastic cook and pedantic house keeper. She sponsors over six World Vision kids and donates generously to charity. Susan should relax more and trust her intuition.

Josh Govind
Josh Govind is responsible for the business advisory services. He has a Bachelor in Science (Biotechnology). His Honours project was to do with a cross functional commercial feasibility evaluation of a technology product. He ran his first business whilst at university in which he was the top sales and marketing person. He was voted National Finalist for Business Person of the Year in 1997 and recognised in the NSW Parliament for winning the prestigious Alcatel Manufacturing Award.

He established his own coaching business in 2004 but joined forces with Susan and Winner Partnership when they got married in 2006. Josh designed and developed all the business advisory programs. He is an exceptional Business Scientist with extensive practical experience. He continues to develop his skills and knowledge to remain at the leading edge. He is a member of Thought Leaders (founded by Matt Church) - a community of Australian thought leaders committed to inspire thinking and facilitate conversations that shift thinking on the planet. Josh has an impressive history in sales and management with specialist expertise in recruitment and technology companies.

Josh loves nature and is a keen organic gardener. He could watch National Geographic and Discovery channel all day. He meditates regularly and is constantly growing and developing himself. He does what he can with community and charity work and is particularly passionate about human rights. He believes we each have an equal right to the Worlds resources. He gets his greatest joy from his son Gabriel, family and friends. He should exercise more and see his friends often.

Wendy Kayal
Wendy Kayal is responsible for the tax and accounts preparation of individuals, companies, and partnerships. She has completed a Bachelor in Computer Science, Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and many short courses in accounting and tax. She has completed MYOB certification and is our resident MYOB Expert. She is also an authorized financial adviser through Count Wealth Accountants.

Wendy has been an integral part of the team since its inception. Her loyalty and dedication to the team means that she will be a familiar face for many years to come. Wendy does over 40 hours/ year of professional development training in accounting, financial planning and tax which allows her to take a wholistic view of your finances. In addition to her own expertise and that of the team, we are able to access the vast resources of the Count network, Australia's largest independently owned investment advice network in order to serve you better. Wendy is currently completing her Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Wendy loves to spend her precious weekend time with her kids going out with them to the movies and shopping with her teenage daughter! She loves discovering new places and meeting people. She is a valued member in her church volunteering as a Sunday School Teacher. She would like to jog more as she did before and spend more time with her family.
